• 2007 - Indiana Organ Procurement Organization, Donation Champion Award. Based on 100% organ donor referrals, achieving a 75% or greater rate of actual transplants and a transplant rate average of 3.75 or greater organs transplanted per donor.

• 2004 - American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award. Elkhart General’s Regional Center for Cancer Services is one of only 34 cancer programs in the entire country to earn the award. Only 7% of the total programs surveyed by the Commission were selected.
