The Celebration of Life Pathway is your opportunity to commemorate an important life event, and at the same time, provide financial support for Elkhart General Hospital.

Pavers can be engraved to celebrate all these life events or any other of your choice: 

• The birth of a child, grandchild, niece or nephew
• Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements
• Tributes in honor of nurses, doctors and others who have provided quality, compassionate care
• Memorials to celebrate the life of a deceased friend or loved one

The pavers are available in three sizes and require a nominal contribution considering they are a permanent, ongoing tribute. The contribution is fully tax deductible as provided by law. We recommend you consult your tax advisor regarding your individual situation.

Paver Sizes and Contribution Amounts:

9" x 9" - $500.00

Includes five (5) lines of text with a maximum of 15 characters per line including spaces and punctuations.

6" x 9" - $250.00

Includes four (4) lines of text with a maximum of 15 characters per line including spaces and punctuations.

6' x 6" - $125.00

Includes four (4) lines of text with a maximum of 10 characters per line including spaces and punctuations.
