Registered Dietitian to Present Cooking Demonstration

ELKHART, IN – An Elkhart General Registered Dietitian will present a HeartWell Cuisine cooking demonstration titled “Quick & Nutritious Weekday Dinners” on Monday, February 20, 2006 at 5:30pm in the Elkhart General New Directions Conference Room; take Elevator “B” to the third floor.

Melissa Freer-Smith, Registered Dietitian, certified in adult weight management, will demonstrate several dishes that use basic ingredients and take minimal preparation but still taste good and are much healthier than take out. The class includes the cooking demonstration and food samples, discussion of ingredients and techniques, and recipes to take home.
