Pattern Management to be Discussed at Diabetes Support Group
February 24, 2010

ELKHART, IN – The Elkhart General Diabetes Support Group presents “Pattern Management: Just What Do Those Numbers Mean?” on Friday, March 12 from 10:00am – 11:00am in the EGH Healthy Lifestyle Corner at the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.

When you have diabetes, you check your blood sugar and write the result in a log book. But what do those numbers mean? What makes them go up and down? Is there a pattern to how your blood sugars go up and down? Elkhart General Diabetes Educator, Cheryl Brandt, MS, RD, CD, CDE will discuss what makes them go up and down and what you can do about them.

No registration is necessary and walk-ins are welcome. For more information, call (574) 523-3297 or visit www.egh.org.
