Nappanee Family Medical Clinic Health Fair Offers Free Screenings

ELKHART, IN – A Health Fair featuring free screenings and health information will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2005 from 8:00 am to noon at Nappanee Family Medical Clinic.
Healthcare Professionals will provide screenings, offer health tips and answer questions. Free screenings will include: blood pressure, body fat analysis and body mass index, nonfasting total cholesterol and glucose. Fifty lipid panel cholesterol screenings will be available on a first come, first served basis.
The Nappanee Family Medical Clinic health fair is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. Registration is not required. Call (574) 773-3141 for more information.
