Internal Medicine Physician Joins Elkhart General Medical Staff

ELKHART, IN – Israr Siddiqi, MD, FACP has joined the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff and will open his new Elkhart office on August 1.

Dr. Siddiqi is a Clinical Assistant Professor with Indiana University contributing to the education and training of residents. Prior to coming to Michiana, he was an Attending Physician at Munising Memorial Hospital, Munising, Michigan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton, New Jersey and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Siddiqi specializes in the diagnosis and primary treatment of diseases in adults. He is accepting new patients at his Elkhart office, 2746 Old US 20 West, Suite C, Elkhart to schedule an appointment call (574) 295-5900.
