Hospitalist Joins Elkhart General Medical Staff

ELKHART, IN – Johan Winoto, M.D. has joined the Elkhart Clinic and the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff.

Dr. Winoto come to Elkhart from the Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Universitas Indonesia and is Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Winoto is trained as a Hospitalist, a physician who manages the care of patients while they are hospitalized. He will work closely with the patients of Elkhart Clinic primary care physicians and specialists, helping to meet each of their unique needs from hospital admission through discharge.
