Freedom from Smoking Class at Elkhart General

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General is offering FREE “Freedom from Smoking” classes beginning Monday, January 4th from 6:00-7:30 pm. Classes are held in the Private Dining Room on the first floor at Elkhart General Hospital.
The 6-week program, sponsored by Elkhart General and the American Lung Association, will provide coping strategies and quitting techniques that empower rather than pressure the smoker. The class will teach participants how to build motivation to quit, stress management, how to cope with urges and many other topics relating to smoking cessation.
