Free Seminar on Understanding Memory as We Age

ELKHART, IN – The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana is offering a free seminar titled “Understanding Memory as We Age: What’s Normal, What’s Not, and Maintaining Brain Health” on Friday, July 31st at 12pm. The seminar will be held in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the 2nd Floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.

Barbara Dzikowski, MS, Program Director for the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana, will discuss how memory works, the normal brain changes as people age, and how the brain can improve with age.
