Free Seminar on Controlling Diabetes

ELKHART, IN - Elkhart General is offering a free public seminar titled “Control Diabetes – Control Stress” on Friday, November 6 at 11:00am in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the 2nd floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.
Elkhart General Diabetes Educator, Cheryl Brandt, MS, RD, CD, CDE, will discuss how excessive stress can affect your blood sugar. She will also provide ways to take action against stress to help control your diabetes.
