FREE HEALTHCARE ADVANCE PLANNING SEMINARS

ELKHART, IN - Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart County Council on Aging and REAL Services have partnered to offer two seminars on healthcare advance planning on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in the Elkhart General Hospital Private Dining Room from noon to 1 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
 
Jim Kobus and Don Shuler, Attorneys at Law, will discuss why it is important to have a Healthcare Directive in place; how to appoint a Healthcare Representative; a Power of Attorney for healthcare decisions; and topics such as a Living Will and Prolonging Procedures Declaration.
