Foot Health to be Addressed at March 3 Diabetes Support Group

ELKHART – The Elkhart General Hospital Diabetes Support Group will present “Diabetes and Foot Health” on Thursday, March 3 at 7 p.m. in Auditorium B in the Elkhart General West Wing.

Podiatrist Tim Quist, DPM, Concord Foot and Ankle Clinic, will discuss the effect diabetes has on the feet and will provide important tips for maintaining good foot health.

The Elkhart General Hospital Diabetes Support Group gives patients and families dealing with diabetes continuing peer support. Monthly meetings feature a variety of topics related to diabetes presented by experts in the healthcare field. The Diabetes Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month in the Elkhart General Hospital Auditorium B, and the second Friday of the month in the Elkhart General Hospital Prenatal Classroom.
