Fitness Topic of July Heart Failure Support Group Meeting

ELKHART, IN – The Elkhart General Hospital Living with Heart Failure Support Group presents “Sit and Be Fit” on Wednesday, August 4 from 10:30am – 11:45am in the Elkhart General Hospital Heart Failure Clinic, located on the 3rd floor off Elevator B.

The Living with Heart Failure Support Group helps participants find their strength and control to create optimal health through proper nutrition, medications, mindfulness and activity. The goal is to help participants manage heart failure symptoms in order to stay healthy and out of the hospital.

The Support Group meets on the first Wednesday of every month. Topics will vary throughout the year. No registration is necessary and walk-ins are welcome. For more information, call (574) 389-4856 or visit www.egh.org.
