ELKHART, IN – Colorectal Cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the United States. In honor of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, Elkhart General Hospital will be providing FREE Colorectal Cancer home test kits.
To receive your free Colorectal Cancer home test kit, call Elkhart General Marketing & Community Relations at (574) 523-3303. Limited supply and only five per household.
