Elkhart General Offers a Variety of Fitness Classes

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital will offer a variety of fitness classes beginning the week of May 11, 2010. Classes will be held in the “The Loft,” located in the West Wing at Elkhart General Hospital.

Classes are as follows: 

• Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays from 4:15pm – 5:00pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes 
• Vinyasa Yoga -Tuesdays from 5:15pm - 6:15pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Turbo Jamz -Tuesdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Yogalates -Thursdays from 5:00pm - 6:00pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Circuit Training – Thursdays from 6:15pm – 7:00pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes 
• Awakening Yoga - Saturdays from 9:15am - 10:15am (every other Saturday beginning May 15): $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Cardio Asana - Saturdays from 9:15am - 10:15am (every other Saturday beginning
  May 22): $10/class or $50 for six classes

Unlimited classes are $22/week or $85/month during the month of May. Students who purchase an unlimited package will receive a 15% discount.
