Elkhart General Offers a Variety of Fitness Classes

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital will offer a variety of fitness classes beginning the week of March 29, 2010. Classes will be held in the “The Loft,” located in the West Wing at Elkhart General Hospital.

Classes are as follows:

• Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays from 4:15pm – 5:00pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes 
• Vinyasa Yoga -Tuesdays from 5:20pm-6:20pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Turbo Jamz -Tuesdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Sculpting Yoga -Wednesdays from 12:15pm-12:45pm: $5/class or $24 for six classes 
• Power Abs - Thursdays from 12:15pm-12:45pm: $5/class or $24 for six classes 
• Yogalates -Thursdays from 4:45pm-5:45pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Circuit Training – Thursdays from 6:00pm – 6:45pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes 
• Awakening Yoga - Saturdays from 9:15am-10:15am (every other Saturday beginning April 3): $10/class or $50 for six classes
• Cardio Asana - Saturdays from 9:15am-10:15am (every other Saturday beginning
  April 10): $10/class or $50 for six classes

Unlimited classes are $26/week or $99/month. Refer a friend and you will be entered in a drawing to win a yoga bag filled with goodies to help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. The winner will be picked at the end of the session.
