Elkhart General Hospital to Hold Free Seminar on Heart Health

ELKHART – Elkhart General Hospital will present “Talk Yourself into Heart Healthy Habits” on Wednesday, Feb. 23 from noon – 1 p.m. in the Prenatal Classroom in the Elkhart General West Wing.

Join Liz Winet, FNP-bc, MSN, MBA as she discusses how our words are absorbed and become habit. Participants will receive skills training on using positive self-talk to improve heart health and the quality of life. Participants will also learn healthy eating and activity habits.
