Elkhart General Hospital Offers a Variety of Fitness Classes

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital will offer a variety of fitness classes beginning the week of October 18, 2010. Classes will be held in the “The Loft,” located in the Elkhart General Hospital West Wing, except for Thursday classes. All Thursday classes will be held in Auditorium B located in the Elkhart General Hospital West Wing.

Classes are as follows:

• Core Yoga – Mondays from 12:15pm – 12:45pm: $5/class or $25 for six classes 
• Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays from 4:15pm – 5:00pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes 
• Vinyasa Yoga -Tuesdays from 5:15pm - 6:15pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Zumba – Wednesdays from 12:15pm – 12:45pm: $5/class or $25 for six classes 
• Level 2 Yoga –Thursdays from 4:15pm – 5:00pm: $8/class or $40 for six classes (Auditorium B) 
• Pilates – Thursdays from 5:15 – 6:15pm: $10/class or $50 for six classes (Auditorium B) 
• Awakening Yoga - Saturdays from 9:15am - 10:15am: $10/class or $50 for six classes 
• Zumba – Saturdays from 10:30am – 11:30am: $10/class or $50 for six classes

Unlimited classes are $25/week or $95/month.
