Elkhart General Hospital and Bittersweet Medical Associates Host Healthy Weight Seminar

GRANGER, IN. – Elkhart General Hospital and Bittersweet Medical Associates are hosting a free community seminar “Healthy Weight: The Tools You Need to Reach Your Goals” on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Bittersweet Medical Associates located at 12340 Bittersweet Commons Blvd, Granger, IN. 46530.

Is losing weight one of your New Years resolutions? Would you like some helpful tips from experts you trust? If so, join Mark Schmeltz, DO, of Bittersweet Medical Associates and a registered dietitian and physical therapist from Elkhart General Hospital for “Healthy Weight: The Tools You Need to Reach Your Goals.” You will receive realistic and factual information, including nutrition and exercise tips, to keep you on the path to a healthier you.
