Elkhart General Healthy Lifestyle Tent at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital is sponsoring the Healthy Lifestyle Tent at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair from Friday, July 23 through Saturday, July 31.

Throughout the Fair, the Healthy Lifestyle Tent will showcase various health related topics and perform free health screenings. Physicians and clinicians will be available for one on one question and answer; lectures on nutrition, cancer prevention, heart health, exercise demos and much, much more during the entire 4-H Fair week. The schedule for the week is as follows:

• Friday, July 23 9:00am - 9:00pm: Healthy Lifestyle Day 
• Saturday, July 24 9:00am - 9:00pm: Cancer Prevention Day 
• Sunday, July 25 12:00pm - 9:00pm: Healthy Heart Day 
• Monday, July 26 9:00am - 9:00pm: Mental Health/Brain Health Day
• Tuesday, July 27 9:00am - 9:00pm: Senior Day
• Wednesday, July 28 9:00am - 9:00pm: Women's Health Day
• Thursday, July 29 9:00am - 9:00pm: Emergency Services Day
• Friday, July 30 9:00am - 9:00pm: Diabetes Prevention/Dame Tu Mano
• Saturday, July 31 9:00am - 9:00pm: Family Health Day
