Dr. Jamie Gottlieb Relocates Practice to Elkhart
May 15, 2008

ELKHART, IN – Jamie Gottlieb, MD., has relocated his practice from South Bend to Elkhart. With this move, Dr. Gottlieb is founding the i-Spine Institute, and plans to concentrate on the treatment of patients suffering from spinal disorders.
The i-Spine Institute will be situated in Elkhart General’s new physician practice facility at 3301 CR 6 East, just east of Elkhart.

Dr. Gottlieb stresses that each patient’s condition is unique. “There’s no room for a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach to pain management of the neck and lower back,” comments Gottlieb. “That’s why we design a unique treatment plan for each individual, focusing on that patient’s special needs.” He emphasizes that surgery is not “assumed,” and that many of his patients benefit from non-surgical treatment.

Dr. Gottlieb is a graduate of Cornell University Medical School and is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, followed by a spinal surgery fellowship at the Texas Back Institute (T.B.I.). Dr. Gottlieb is a member of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the North American Spine Society.
