"Do You Know Your Medical History?" Presented at Farmers Market

Elkhart General is offering a free public workshop titled “Do You Know Your Medical History” at noon on Friday, October 9. The seminar will be held in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the second floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market.

Mary Ann Lienhart-Cross, Purdue University Extension Educator, will review how you can become an informed medical consumer and how to prepare for your doctor’s appointments. She will also show you how to properly use medical record-keeping forms and will supply each attendee with take-home samples of these necessary forms.
