Diabetes Support Group to Meet Twice in December

Elkhart, IN - The Elkhart General Diabetes Support Group gives patients and families dealing with diabetes continuing peer support. In December, the Diabetes Support Group will meet twice.

• Thursday, December 3 at 7pm in Elkhart General Hospital Auditorium B
• Friday, December 11 at 10am in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the 2nd floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart

The Diabetes Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month in Elkhart General Hospital Auditorium B and the second Friday of every month in the Healthy Lifestyle Corner at the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.
