Diabetes Support Group to be Held in Spanish

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital Dame Tu Mano will hold a Diabetes Support Group, in Spanish, on Monday, March 15 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Heart City Health Center located at 236 Simpson Avenue in Elkhart.

The Diabetes Support Group is an open forum. Come with any questions that you have regarding diabetes. Elkhart General Hospital Diabetes Educator, Cheryl Brandt, MS, RD, CD, CDE, will be available to answer questions and facilitate the discussion.
