Diabetes Support Group to be Held in Spanish

ELKHART, IN – Dame Tu Mano will hold a Diabetes Support Group, in Spanish, on Monday, February 15 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Heart City Health Center located at 236 Simpson Avenue in Elkhart.

Elkhart General Diabetes Educator, Lynda Sardeson, MSA, RN, will facilitate the group discussion. She will provide answers to any questions you may have regarding diabetes.
