David Dyck, MD, Joins Family Practice Associates and the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff

ELKHART, IN – Family practice physician David Dyck, M.D., is joining Family Practice Associates. Prior to joining the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff, Dr. Dyck treated patients at Knox Family Medicine and was the Medical Director at the Whispering Hills Care Center nursing home in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

Dr. Dyck earned his bachelor’s degree from Bethel College and his medical degree from Ross University. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Dyck is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
