Community Open House at Family Practice Associates and Sleep Consultants of Michiana

ELKHART, IN – Family Practice Associates, along with Sleep Consultants of Michiana, will be holding a Community Open House on Saturday, November 13 from 8:00am – 12:00pm at their offices located at 3301 County Road 6 in Elkhart.

Take this opportunity to tour the beautiful facility that features an in-house lab and radiology. Free health screenings will be offered, including fasting and non-fasting cholesterol, glucose testing, blood pressure, body fat, and bone density screenings for osteoporosis. Enjoy delicious, healthy food and receive a free chair massage. Free CPAP/BiPAP equipment checks and adjustments will also be available. Physicians from Family Practice Associates and Sleep Consultants of Michiana will be available for questions.
