Claudia Thomas, MD, Joins the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff

ELKHART, IN – Hospitalist Claudia Thomas, M.D., has joined the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff. Dr. Thomas earned her medical degree at T.D. Medical College Kerala University. She completed her internship in Family Medicine at Carilion Health System in Roanoke, Virginia and her residency in Internal Medicine at Synergy Medical Education Alliance/Michigan State University in Saginaw, Michigan.

Dr. Thomas is a member of the American College of Physicians and is trained as a Hospitalist, a physician who manages the care of patients while they are hospitalized. She works closely with the patients of the Elkhart Clinic primary care physicians and specialists, helping to meet each of their unique needs from hospital admission through discharge.
