CARDIOLOGIST TO SPEAK ON PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE AT HEALTH LUNCHEON

ELKHART, IN - Elkhart General Hospital is hosting a Health Luncheon on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Auditorium B, located in the West Wing at Elkhart General Hospital. A nutritious lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the presentation “Peripheral Artery Disease: Diagnosis & Treatment Options” at noon.  A time for question and answer will follow.

Cardiologist Troy Weirick, MD, of Midwest Cardiovascular Specialist, will discuss the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). All participants are entered into a drawing to win a $50 Martin’s Gift Card.

Program fee is $10 and includes lunch. Cash or check is accepted at the door. Registration is required by Friday, June 17.
