Brain Health Seminar Presented at Farmers Market

ELKHART, IN – Elkhart General Hospital is offering a free public seminar titled “Keeping Your Brain Healthy at Any Age” on Friday, April 9 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm in the Elkhart General Healthy Lifestyle Corner on the 2nd Floor of the American Countryside Farmers Market in Elkhart.

Kathleen Marshall, LCSW, from Elkhart General Center for Behavioral Medicine, will present the latest research on how to keep your brain healthy. She will also provide numerous ways to stimulate the brain such as crossword puzzles, reading books or learning a new language.
