Be a Hero. Save a Life. Become an Emergency Medical Technician.

GOSHEN, IN – Elkhart General is offering an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course beginning May 24, 2010. The course meets twice a week and runs through July 2010 and will be held at the Elkhart General Health Education Center located at 2222 Rieth Blvd, next to Lowe’s on US 33 in Goshen.
Gain the concepts, information and skills you need to safely assess and treat patients in pre-hospital emergency situations. Training includes classroom instruction as well as clinical rotations in the Elkhart General Emergency Department and in an emergency ambulance. After completion of this program you will be eligible to take the National Registry/Indiana State Written and Practical Exams.
Course cost is $625 which includes textbook, workbook, and clinical supplies. Payment options are available.
