Handouts, examples, and food & activity logs are provided in weekly group sessions to show you how you can enjoy the foods you love, achieve the weight you desire and maintain a level of exercise that is right for you. You decide what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat.

Step 2: Being Physically Active

You choose an activity that suits your interests and your schedule. From walking to racquetball.

Step 3: Dealing with Celebrations, Emotions & People

You learn how to deal with specials situations like parties and eating out, stress and other emotional ups and downs.

Step 4: Putting it all Together
