Jazzercise Classes

Fresh Moves.  New Music.  Pure Motivation.

Jazzercise is a powerfully FUN and effective workout that will lift your spirits and strengthen your heart, muscles, and core. It combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, ballet, and kickboxing. No dance experience is necessary! Men and women are welcome.

Each 60-minute class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights or tubes, and ends with a cool down stretch.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for sweat evaporation and does not restrict movement. Layers work well. Aerobic shoes are strongly encouraged. Bring water, 3 or 5 lb. weights, and a towel.

Monthly Class Pass -- $45
Monthly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Class Pass -- $35
10 Class Punch Card (expires in 8 weeks) -- $50
Drop in Class -- $8/class
First 2 classes are free for new students

Instructors

Jazzercise instructors are screened and trained in an intensive corporate training program. Instructor training curriculum and course materials are consistent with the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Basic Standards and Guidelines. Jazzercise instructors are positive motivators and trained to provide simple cues and safety reminders.
