High Quality Standards

The Total Care at Home staff oversees clients and provides communication with family and physicians as needed.

Customer Services professionals will assess the client’s medical insurance eligibility and coverage, which could include Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and/or other state-funded sources, as well as private pay. They will also handle all claims so the client receives the maximum reimbursement with minimum inconvenience.
