Childhood Obesity Programs (We Can!)

We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children’s Activity and Nutrition)

We Can! is a national program that gives parents and caregivers practical tools to help their children ages 8-13 stay at a healthy weight.

The program involves tips and fun activities that focus on three critical behaviors: improved food choices, increased physical activity and reduced screen time.

All classes are conducted by health care professionals from Elkhart General Hospital and the Elkhart County Health Department.

There is NO COST to attend this program and all class materials are free. Snacks and childcare will also be offered free of charge.
