Patient Education on Breast Health

Breast Center Nurse

A certified registered nurse is available to teach Self Breast Exams at the Breast Care Center. Using a video, breast health booklet and hands-on teaching, you will leave the Breast Center well informed on how to do self breast exams. The nurse is also available to teach at outside programs for schools, churches and clubs.

If you have an abnormal mammogram that requires biopsy or any further treatment, the Breast Center Nurse will council you and help you navigate any further testing and treatment that is needed.

The Breast Center Nurse is also a member of the Breast Cancer Clinic.
