"Raising Healthy Eaters" A Free Public Seminar

Description

Join Deanna Emmons, RD, CD, as she presents a free public seminar titled "Raising Healthy Eaters" on Saturday, May 17 at noon.

She will discuss the importance of a family mealtime and the health benefits you and your family receive from eating the right foods.  She'll provide useful tips to keep the entire family from overeating including the use of the hunger scale.  She will also review a variety of activites your family can do together.  A question and answer session will follow her presentation.
