Memory Care Support Group
The Memory Care Support Group is open to anyone who has been affected by Alzheimer's or Dementia. This monthly session is facilitated by an MSW and held at Greenleaf Living Center, located at 1201 E. Beardsley Avenue, Elkhart.
Refreshments will be provided.
