Cheryl Brandt, MS, RD, CD, EGH Diabetes Educator, will present a free public workshop "Learn to Be in Control of Your Diabetes."

She will discuss the most effective ways to manage your diabetes.  She will also provide tips and resources to help you make the lifestyle adjustments that will keep you in control of your diabetes.

All attendess will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Gift Certificate to Martin's Supermarket.
