Power Yoga (Cardio)

Description

Power Yoga focuses on improving muscle strength, as well as toning the specific areas of gluteus muscles (backside) and the abdominals (stomach). Strengthen your abs and tone your glutes with this 60 minute session of core strengthening and buttocks exercises!

Fee

$10 per class or $70 for eight classes
