Elkhart General Hospital is offering a FREE seminar "Healthy Eating for Your Heart," on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. in the Prenatal Classroom located in the Hospital West Wing.

Heart disease is the #1 killer of Americas. But you can take steps to improve and keep your heart healthy by joining Elkhart General Hospital Registered Dietitian, Maria Haisley, RD, CD has she discusses “Healthy Eating for Your Heart.” Participants will learn about heart disease and its risk factors, how to improve heart health, healthy  food choices, tips for dining out, heart healthy recipes and much more.
