6th Annual Grief Seminar

Co-sponsored by the Goshen College Social Works Program and Ryan's Place.

Keynote dddress by the founder's of Ryan's Place, Rex and Nancy Glein. The Glein's will share their grief journey and the tools they found helpful in coping with their son's death.

Other seminar speakers will offer special workshops In:

  • Art Therapy
  • Cultural Variations in Mourning
  • Grief 101
  • Complicated/Traumatic Grief
  • Grief in the Work Place
  • Play Therapy
  • Starting Support Groups

Who Should Attend:

  • Social Workers
  • Nurses
  • Educators

Thie annual grief seminar serves two important purposes for the Michiana Community. One is to provide an affordable and quality continuing educational event for area helping professionals. The second is to continue to support the work of Ryan's Place in serving grieving families in the Michiana community.

All proceeds from the seminar are donated to Ryan's Place so that they can continue the important work they do.

Fees

Professional fee: $60

Student or retiree fee: $20
