Turbo Jamz with Misty

Description

This class is a combination of Hip Hop Aerobics, Kickboxing and Fitness Boxing. You will sweat from shaking and dancing. No dance experience is necessary; just come and be ready to have fun

Fee

One 30 minute class $5; 20 class session $80; 10 class session $45; $40 unlimited/month

One 60 minute class $10; 10 class session $90; Second 60 minute class 1/2 off

Please note, the evening classes start at 5:20pm.
