Sculpting Yoga with Misty

Description

Sculpting Yoga will strengthen your muscles while testing your discipline. This full body workout will burn fat, increase strength and flexibility, flatten your stomach and leave you feeling great! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Fee

One 30 minute class $5; 20 class session $80; 10 class session $45; $40 unlimited/month
