Power Abs
Power Abs is a fast paced class that focuses on your abdominal muscles.
Classes are held in "The Loft" located in the Elkhart General Hospital West Wing.
Program fee: $5/class or $25/6 classes; unlimited fitness classes $26/week or $99/month (does not include Jazzercise).
