Learn the what, why and how of starting a home exercise program by using ordinary household items to build strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Shelley Rody, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, will show you how the path to fitness doesn't require the purchase of costly exercise equipment. She will also review the benefits of a regular exercise and stretching program.
Class participation in the exercise demonstration is optional. If you would like to participate, please wear comfortable clothing for movement.
