"The Benefits of a Mediterranean Diet"

Elkhart General Hospital Registered Dietitian, Sheryl Purcell, will discuss the benefits of a Mediterranean diet and how it compares to the Western diet.  You will also learn how to incorporate these foods into your healthy lifestyle plan.Description

The Diabetes Support Group gives patients and families dealing with diabetes continuing peer support. Meetings feature a variety of topics related to diabetes and are presented by experts in the healthcare field.
