Breast Self-Exam Instruction
Breast Self-Exams (BSEs) help women find changes in their breasts that are sometimes breast cancer warning signs. But many women don't practics BSEs because they don't feel confident about their abilities to differentiate between normal lumpiness and other masses. Join us on Friday, May 16 from 8am until 4 pm for private, one-on-one Breast Self-Exam Techniques with an Elkhart General Registered Nurse. The RN will show you the proper way to perform these monthly exams at home and answer your questions regarding breast health.
