Within the Elkhart General Healthcare System Pharmacy Department, you’ll be working in a high-tech environment with experienced and generous colleagues gaining experience across many niche areas. Our pharmacy is fully integrated so you’ll be responsible for both dispensing and clinical responsibilities. You’ll also have the chance to be a part of the patient’s full treatment planning and, when time permits, work in different pharmaceutical areas such as our Heart Center and Surgical satelites.

In an effort to help you do your job more accurately and successfully, we have an automated dispensing cabinet system and bedside bar coding to ensure that each patient receives the correct drug and dosage.

You’ll be working with a team of compassionate, hard-working professionals with a range of experience in a supportive environment. Plus, you’ll appreciate the favorable weekend rotation and predictable scheduling.
