Eric D. Knapp, DO

Dr. Knapp earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderale, Florida. He completed his residency in general surgery at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and his advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Bariatric and Metabolic Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Knapp is the Medical Director of the Elkhart General Hospital Bariatric & Metabolic Institute and is Board Certified in General Surgery.

Luis A. Benavente, MD

Dr. Benavente earned his medical degree from The Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi in Mexico, and completed his general surgery residency at Mayo Clinic. He then received his fellowship in advanced minimally invasive surgery at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Benavente is Board Certified in General Surgery.
